Heidi was set up in early 2003 with the aim to serve the Chefs and Bakers of the UAE with a quality range of bakery ingredients sourced from the finest Austrian, German and American companies, our product ranges include bakery premixes, flour, seeds, cream, frozen cakes, doughnuts, cupcakes, bread, and croissant.

In 2010 Heidi Chef Solutions went international with the opening of our office in Canada and in 2014 our office in the United States with the aim of building the Heidi brand along with the brands of our long-term partners. We also added a new division Heidi Equipment with our first partner MIWE GmbH. We are now offering baking ovens and refrigeration across the GCC. Our mission at Heidi Chef Solutions is to offer our customers a product, service, and support that suits the customer's needs while building a trustworthy relationship for the future.
