Gulf Valve Castings Specialities FZE is a Steel Foundry located in Hamriyah Free Zone Phase 2, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. GVCS is well equipped with the latest technologies, advanced automated machinery from leading foundry machinery manufacturers around the globe. Our Foundry is capable of producing Steel Castings for Valves, Pumps, Mining and Engineering Industry in Carbon steel, Alloy steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, and Special Steel as per customer request up to 4-ton single piece weight.

The automatic moulding line can produce up to 10 moulds per hour with a maximum size of 1800x1400x600/600 cake mould. In GVCS every cast we produce is a specially engineered art to meet the customer's technical and quality requirements.
